Terms & Conditions

These are the terms for hosting, email and domain services from iTech Repairs (Pty) Ltd t/a iTech Hosting (“iTech Hosting”), a division of iTech Repairs. By signing up, you agree to them.

1. Packages and prices

All prices include VAT. Package prices and inclusions are shown on our Pricing page. Custom packages and website builds are quoted separately. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

2. Month-to-month, billed in advance

Services run month-to-month. You’re billed monthly in advance: we issue your invoice around the 25th of each month for the following month. Pay by EFT or debit order. Our banking details are on your invoice. There is no fixed-term contract.

3. Late or missed payment

If payment is overdue we’ll remind you first. If it stays unpaid for 30 days, we may suspend the service until the account is settled.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by giving one month’s written notice to info@itechhosting.co.za. Amounts already billed in advance are not refunded unless the law requires it. Before cancelling, ask us to help you move your email and website data.

5. Domains

.co.za domains are R199 for the first year, then R149/yr, billed annually. Domains are registered in your name. Renewal must be paid before expiry, or the domain may lapse. Registry rules apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for spam, illegal content, malware, or anything that harms our systems or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Backups

We run backups as part of every package, but you should also keep your own copies of important data.

8. Support

Email and hosting support is available in-store, by phone, WhatsApp or email during business hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00, Sat 09:00-13:00, Sunday closed.

9. Liability

We work to keep services running reliably but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses caused by outages or data loss.

10. Privacy

We handle your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and contact
