iTech Repairs (Pty) Ltd t/a iTech Hosting, a division of iTech Repairs (“we”, “us”), respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect

Contact details: name, phone, email, physical and postal address
Identity and business details: ID number, company name, registration and VAT numbers
Billing details and payment records
Domain registration details required by the registry
Messages you send us via our website, email or WhatsApp
Basic technical data from our website (e.g. cookies, IP address)

Why we use it

To set up, provide, invoice and support your hosting, email and domain services
To register and renew domains (registries require registrant details)
To respond to enquiries
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
To send service notices about your account. We will only send marketing with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to provide the service, e.g. with our hosting infrastructure provider, domain registries/registrars, and payment providers, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Some service providers may store data outside South Africa, subject to adequate protection as required by POPIA.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
